【招聘启事】同济大学黄立鹤教授团队招聘博士后启事

辉煌同济,百年外语。自1907年初创德文科,同济外语已走过百年历程,现设一级学科博士点和博士后流动站,形成了从学士到博士、从学术型到专业型学位健全的人才培养体系。在第五轮学科评估中,外国语言文学学科成绩优秀,名列全国前5%。黄立鹤教授团队依托外国语言文学博士后流动站招聘博士后科研人员,特别欢迎语言学、临床医学、老年学、心理学及人工智能等领域的学习研究经历者。


一、基本条件

1. 年龄原则上不超过35周岁;

2. 取得博士学位原则上不超过3年;

3. 达到流动站进站考核要求;

4. 外籍申请人员除符合上述条件外,还应按国家和上海市规定,办理外国人来华工作许可和工作类居留证件。


二、支持政策

1. 提供具有竞争力的薪酬;

2. 依托同济大学博士后流动站,可申请国家国家资助博士后研究人员计划” “博士后国际交流计划引进项目” “上海市超级博士后计划(外籍人士应符合相关申报要求)

三、合作导师及科研团队情况

黄立鹤,博士,同济大学长聘教授,主要从事多模态、语用学、老龄化与老年语言学等研究,核心领域是基于多模态数据的认知健康智能语言筛查与干预等;现任同济大学文科办公室副主任、同济大学老龄语言与看护研究中心秘书长、同济大学语言学与多模态符号学研究所副所长;兼任中国逻辑学会符号学专业委员会副会长、中国英汉语比较研究会医学语言与翻译研究专委会副秘书长、英国利物浦大学荣誉博士生导师等;主持国家社科基金一般项目、青年项目、重大项目子课题四项,主持教育部人文社科项目、上海市哲社规划课题、国家语委科研项目等其他纵向项目及横向项目二十余项;迄今在国内外发表论文、媒体文章、出版专著文集、获批咨政报告百余篇(部),转化成果或科研育人获评国家级奖项两项、省部级奖项三项;入选国家高层次青年人才计划、上海市曙光人才计划、德国洪堡学者。

黄立鹤教授带领团队依托同济大学老龄语言与看护研究中心开展工作,目前已形成从基础研究、临床应用到社区服务的发展路线图,主要任务包括:开展健康老年人、认知症等特殊群体老年人的言语行为特征、认知方式及病理机制等基础性研究;结合人工智能技术进行认知症早期辅助诊断、认知训练、病程管理、数据库建设等方面的研发工作;参与认知症筛查、老龄化社区建设等服务,为社会治理创新与精细化管理提供智库建议。

Recruitment Announcement: Postdoctoral Positions with Professor Lihe Huang’s Team


Since its inception in 1907 with the establishment of the German Studies, Tongji University’s School of Foreign Studies has flourished over the past century. Today, it offers a postdoctoral research station, as well as a comprehensive talent development framework spanning bachelor’s to doctoral degrees, academic to professional qualifications. In the most recent national discipline evaluation, Tongji’s Foreign Languages and Literature program ranked in the top 5% nationwide in China.

Professor Lihe Huang’s team invites applications for postdoctoral research positions. We particularly welcome candidates with academic experience in linguistics, medical sciences, geroscience, psychology and artificial intelligence.

Eligibility Requirements

1. Applicants should generally be under 35 years of age.

2. A doctoral degree obtained within the past three years is preferred.

3. Candidates must meet the entry assessment requirements for the postdoctoral station.

4. International applicants should also apply for a foreigner's work permit and work-type residence permit in accordance with the regulations of China and Shanghai.

About Prof. Dr. Lihe Huang and His Team

Prof. Dr. Lihe Huang is Deputy Director of  Office of Humanities and Social Sciences, General Secretary of Research Center for Ageing, Language and Care, and Deputy Director of Institute of Linguistics and Multimodality in Tongji University. As one of the leading scholars in the studies of multimodal pragmatics and language and ageing in China, he has published widely and undertaken several research projects granted by different institutions. Lihe Huang is Humboldt Fellow of Germany-based Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, Honorary Postgraduate (Research Degree) Supervisor at the University of Liverpool and he conducted research at several world-class universities. He has received several honors and awards both at home and abroad for his academic and teaching performance or social service.

His current research interest is Gerontolinguistics, i.e. utilizing multifaceted disciplinary approaches to conduct fundamental research on linguistic behavior and cognitive pattern of seniors with dementia in China. He also carries out research and development on early diagnosis, cognitive training, disease management and database construction with the help of Artificial Intelligence technology. His team screens for cognitive impairment and participate in social services, as well as providing think tank suggestions for governments on aging-friendly community construction and aging society management.

He now serves as a referee for several prestigious international journals and holds the membership in the council of some important academic associations both at home and abroad, including China Society of Language and Semiotics, China Pragmatics Association, China Association of Cognitive and Neurolinguistics, Chinese Linguistics Society and China Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics.

Professor Huang’s team operates under the Research Center for Ageing, Language, and Care at Tongji, developing an integrated roadmap from fundamental research to clinical applications and community services. Its current initiatives include:

- Conducting foundational research on language behavior, cognitive patterns, and pathological mechanisms in older adults group.

- Leveraging artificial intelligence for early cognitive impairment diagnosis, cognitive training, disease management, and database construction.

- Participating in dementia screening, aging-friendly community development, and providing professional recommendations for innovative and precise social governance.
