姚权，同济大学博士研究生，从事老年语言学、临床语言学等相关研究，负责老年认知语言干预，具有丰富的语言障碍干预资源开发与语言康复经验。在国内期刊发表论文数篇、参与临床语言学相关教材编写，近年来参与多个国家级科研项目。

YAO Quan is a Ph.D. student at Tongji University, whose primary research interests are gerontolinguistics and clinical linguistics. YAO has been responsible for language and cognitive intervention for elders, with extensive experience in developing language intervention programs and providing language rehabilitation services. She has also published several academic papers and participated in several research projects at different levels.
