蔡晨，同济大学老龄语言与看护研究中心兼职研究员，台湾中正大学语言学研究所博士，任浙江树人大学教授。从事老年语言生活、应用语言学和语用学等相关研究，具备统计分析、多模态数据采集和老年沟通交流经验。近五年来主持省部级课题两项，市厅级课题七项。在国内外核心期刊发表论文七篇，在知名出版社出版学术专著两本。代表性成果有专著《新型城镇化进程中的城乡语言生态比较研究》（2018）、论文《老年人在家庭代际冲突中的交际策略研究:基于人际关系管理理论》（2020）等。

Cai CHEN, a part-time researcher of the Research Center for Language, Aging and Care in Tongji University, graduated with Doctorate in Linguistics from Institute of Linguistics in Chung Cheng University(Taiwan), and served as a professor of Zhejiang Shuren University. His current research interests include elders’ language life, applied linguistics and pragmatics, with experience in statistical analysis, multi-modal data collection and communicative skills with the elderly. In past five years, he had been as a leading researcher of two ministerial level projects and seven provincial and departmental level projects. He had also published seven papers in core journals and two academic monographs in well-established publishing house. Representative works are as follows: A Comparative Study on Urban and Rural Language Ecology in the Process of New Urbanization（monograph，2018），A study on the elders’ communication strategies in family inter-generational conflicts: based on the Theory of Interpersonal Relationship Management（journal paper，2020）.
